The pressure to immediately achieve your goals has you overwhelmed. You have a few thoughts: "I'm a failure", "I'm not enough", or "others are judging me". You try to begin the day with enthusiasm, but you soon find yourself shifting from unnatural enthusiasm, to doubt, to shame, and to restlessness. Your fatigue creates a seemingly impossible environment to think clearly or address your responsibilities. Time passes slowly; sleepless nights and seemingly meaningless relationships. Overthinking begins to steal away any calm or peacefulness. You force yourself to 'do better', but this leaves you no room for genuine happiness.

Imagine sleep without anticipation of what tomorrow holds, if your relationships are genuine, or that your core values truly depict you. Let me help. I can help you regain your inner balance by shifting your thoughts into the strength and serenity that is already within you; allowing your authentic self to flourish freely.

I offer both face-to-face and online, individual counseling for both adolescents and adults. My office hours are by appointment only beginning at 9am ad ending at 8pm in Mobile, Alabama. If you have questions, please contact me by phone or email.
