It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Dr. Jim Blackman. Dr. Jim served his patients for 40 years, he loved this practice and he is greatly missed. We are thankful for the assurance that he is made whole in his heavenly home.

Services will be held at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church on Azalea Friday, January 2nd. Visitation will be at 10 am with a celebration service at noon.
