Today is the nationwide day that medical students find out where they will continue their training after four years of medical school. To say it is an emotional day is an understatement.

Can I just say how proud I am of this guy right here, Chandler Hinson. He set his sights on a very competitive specialty, integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery. He did well in med school, aced his Step exams, and completed numerous research projects (this photo is taken in front of our first poster project together). He graduated with research honors (he aced that presentation) and now he is off to one of the most competitive plastic surgery residencies in the country. Bravo Chandler. Bravo. 👏🏻
