Ready… aim… toss! 🎯

Likac Trace residents had a blast playing Bucket Toss, putting their aim to the test and enjoying a little friendly competition. There were plenty of laughs, cheers, and great shots along the way!

Our residents had a fabulous time at our recent Ladies’ Night In! Held in Independent Living, the evening was filled with crafts, bubbly, and plenty of laughter.

Residents got creative decorating their own stylish sunglasses, choosing bright colors and fun embellishments to make each pair unique. While crafting, they enjoyed bubbly drinks, chocolate, fresh strawberries, cherries, and great conversation.

It was a wonderful evening of creativity, sweet treats, and time spent together.

Celebrating the unique and colorful Festival of Holi, residents created pompom art that symbolizes unity, togetherness and new beginnings. They had a wonderful time expressing their creativity while embracing the spirit of this joyful tradition. To sweeten the celebration, everyone enjoyed an almond coconut laddoo, adding a tasty touch to a meaningful day!

Lilac Trace residents enjoyed an educational music trivia session with Misty, our new Life Engagement Assistant. Residents had a wonderful time testing their knowledge, singing along to familiar tunes, and learning fun facts about the songs and artists. It was a great way to connect, spark memories, and welcome Misty to the team!

Our residents switched things up and had a blast playing balloon volleyball… with a pool noodle twist! They kept the balloon in the air, showed off their skills, and shared lots of laughs. It was a fun and unique way to try something new with friends.

In honor of Black History Month, our amazing directors put their talents to work and created a delicious dessert spread for everyone to enjoy!

We had Chocolate Oreo Cake, Peach Cobbler, Carrot Cake, Sweet Potato Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Strawberry Cake, and Butter Pecan Cream Cake — such a sweet and thoughtful variety!

It was a wonderful way to celebrate culture, connection, and community. Sharing these homemade treats made the afternoon extra special and joyful.

After enjoying our Year of the Fire Horse parade, residents enjoyed a lively Mix & Mingle with tasty treats like crab ragoon and egg rolls. A big thanks to Dining Room Manager Tina for making the celebration extra special—everyone had an amazing time!

Our community celebrated the Chinese New Year in the most fun and festive way! Residents rocked their red for good luck while our Life Engagement Team led a lively dragon parade through the hallways, complete with traditional music filling the air. Rollators and lanterns were decked out in bright decorations, adding even more color and excitement. It was a high energy celebration as we welcomed the Year of the Fire Horse together!
