We remember Harriet Tubman, whose lifelong commitment to service extended beyond her courageous work on the Underground Railroad. Later in life, she helped establish the Harriet Tubman Home for the Aged, caring for elderly and underserved members of her community — a powerful example of compassion, dignity, and community care that resonates with us today.

Our community rang in the New Year with champagne, desserts, and lots of smiles! A big shout-out to our resident Ms. Harriet for inviting her son, Davis, and his friends, Tim and Robert, to share an incredible performance. Residents were truly delighted by Tim’s beautiful opera singing and Robert’s amazing piano music, which made the celebration even more special. We also want to recognize all of our residents for joining in the festivities, spreading joy, and helping make the New Year gathering a memorable event for everyone.
