The Breast Friends Forever Support Group recently hosted a donation drive benefiting the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute’s infusion suite. Their thoughtful contributions of puzzles, books, and art supplies help brighten patients’ days during treatment.

USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute invites cancer survivors to participate in Hope Wellness Survivorship Program 101, a six-class series designed to support survivors on their journey to optimal health and well-being. The program will run from February 11 through March 18, 2026, with classes held from noon to 2:30 p.m. Call 251-895-5166 to RSVP.

Survivorship 101 features special guest speakers covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, art therapy, communication and spirituality. Hope Wellness is centered on empowering participants to set and achieve personal goals as cancer survivors and thrivers.

Class topics include:
· Health coaching and goal setting
· Nutrition
· Yoga for cancer patients
· Art therapy
· Spirituality

Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the program. The Hope Wellness team looks forward to meeting participants and providing guidance as they work toward their personal health and wellness goals.
