Our latest Challenge has been going for a week. Some people are crushing it, others have yet to come in and enter the challenge. We may be adding additional prizes to increase the incentive of participation. Join us today!

This is your reminder to complete your yoga, salt therapy or sauna punchcards! Everyone who has 5 or more visits remaining and finishes their current punchcard by February 26th (Shoshana’s Birthday) will be entered to win a $100 gift card as a thank-you for showing up for your practice.

Remember, we also have a sauna and the temps are dropping down to the 20’s. Come in and sit in the sauna to warm you up during this cold spell.

Welcome to Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy, located in Mobile, AL, where our doors are open to EVERYONE – from the very beginner interested in finding out more about yoga to advanced practitioners who have practiced extensively. We want to encourage each and every one of our students, wherever they may be on their path. Our expert instructorsare committed to providing guidance along every step of your yoga journey.

Come in and reap the benefits of Dry Salt Therapy in our Luxurious Himalayan Salt room containing over 6000 pounds of pink Himalayan salt and a top of the line halogenerator. Sessions are 45 minutes, allowing to body to reach a calm and meditative state when detached from the outside world.
