Post-surgical shoulder rehab and steadily progressed through a structured return-to-sport and return-to-duty protocol🔥🔥💪

From early mobility and scapular control → to strength progression → to rotational power → to jujitsu-specific loading… every phase has been intentional.

Kevin has hit the benchmarks needed for a safe return to jujitsu and full military occupational demands.👏👏👏👏 We not only love helping people get back to what they love to do, but we also love the journey of getting to know our patients and their stories. We’re excited to introduce Dr. Erica Dekle, PT, DPT — our pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist. She is also recently a fully certified Pilates instructor! Erica brings a blend of compassion, advanced training, and movement expertise to every patient she works with.

If you saw our big announcement last week, you know we officially kicked off our Pelvic Floor Program — and Erica is leading the way! From pregnancy and postpartum care to pelvic pain and core recovery, she’s here to support our Mobile community with evidence-based, whole-body care. She’s now accepting new pelvic floor patients and can’t wait to bring this much-needed service to the Mobile community. 🌼

We’re thrilled to have her on the team and even more excited to offer this new specialty to our patients. 💙
