❄️ Endometriosis Flare-Ups in Cold Weather

Noticing more pain when the temperature drops? You’re not imagining it. Cold weather can increase muscle tension, inflammation, and stress, all of which may worsen endometriosis symptoms.

This season, it’s common to experience heightened pelvic pain, cramping, or fatigue. Staying warm, moving gently, managing stress, and prioritizing rest can all help ease flare-ups.

If your symptoms are starting to interfere with daily life, we’re here to help.

Pap Smear vs. Well-Woman Exam. What’s the Difference?

These two often get mixed up, but they’re not the same!

👩‍⚕️ Well-Woman Exam
An annual visit focused on your overall health. It includes a breast exam, pelvic exam, and conversations about your cycle, hormones, mental health, birth control, family planning, and more.

🧫 Pap Smear
A screening that checks for abnormal cervical cells to help detect cervical cancer early. It’s usually done during your Well-Woman Exam, but not always needed every year.

📍Think of it this way:
A Pap smear is one test.
A Well-Woman Exam is an entire visit dedicated to YOU.

Staying current on both keeps your reproductive health protected.

😴 Trouble sleeping? Your hormones may be the reason.

When estrogen or progesterone are imbalanced, you may notice night sweats, insomnia, racing thoughts, morning fatigue, or increased anxiety.
Hormonal shifts, like perimenopause, menopause, thyroid changes, or PCOS, can all impact your sleep.

✨ You deserve real rest.
