Merry Christmas! For about a year in the early 90's the show was called "FORM The video fitness magazine" we did a cover each month. This was one of them. It is a copy of a copy, but you get the idea. For the record, Superman never had curly hair!

Me squatting at a power meet in Mississippi around 1982. My (530lb) squat was about 70 pounds lighter than I thought it would be. Still won the 198lb class weighing in at 192lb's. I did deadlift 580lb. that day. That's Lucian Gillis on the left playing spotter and coach. Couldn't have done it without him! -Jason

Our 2nd location. Tigger the greatest dog that ever lived. He was with me from the time he was 6-weeks old until he passed away at the age of 15. He went everywhere I went. He was my therapy dog, before there were therapy dogs! -Jason
