Sometimes you’re their missing piece. And thats ok. It’s ok to help others and have compassion. Just be carful that it doesn’t go from being healthy to being draining. You might have this pull that has you feeling stuck to help but, at what expense? It’s ok to help but with healthy boundaries. However when someone disrespects those boundaries is when it’s no longer ok.
