This was a very difficult decision for me to make. I have decided to close my business and dedicate my time to being a full time mom. I am beyond grateful for each client that has walked through my doors and shared their healing journey with me. I will forever have a special place in my heart for each and every one of you. I am not sure what the future will have in store for me, but I do know that every moment with my son is precious. Thank you for supporting my business! I don’t know about you but, I have been feeling all of the feels recently. I have been leaning into my emotions and have been listening to what they are telling me. I’m discovering the next layer of healing I need to work through. Suppressing my emotions is no longer an option. I’m open to doing the work and releasing any stagnant energy stored in my body. The healing process isn’t always easy or even pretty but, it’s so worth it.

I was listening to a podcast and I got hit with a question that I wanted to explore.

✨What does success look like to me?

Success for me isn’t about how much money I am making. Success for me is about how I choose to live my life and who I am at the core of being. It’s about working through my deep rooted trauma to unfold the beauty of my soul. It’s about releasing my tears freely so, I can hold space for others. It’s about living my purpose and making an impact on the world. It’s about having flexibility and being able to spend time with the people I love. It’s about loving unconditionally and being loved. It’s about showing up for someone when they need me. It’s about being my authentic self and choosing me daily. It’s about healing and continuing to grow. It’s about blessing a person in need. It’s about honoring myself when something isn’t right. It’s about giving up control and trusting in the universe. It’s about being present and having meaningful conversations. It isn’t about materialistic things. It’s about living a fully enriched life and sharing my gifts with the world. Success isn’t measured. It’s felt. It’s waking up with a heart of gratitude. It’s who we are, not what we have.

The biggest investment we can make is working on ourselves and that is what I call success!

I was setting up an in-home session and my precious niece, Charlee absorbs everything. It was so cute watching her get Grandma Roy ready for his session. She made sure he was comfortable and relaxed. She gave him the headphones and even an eye mask.

Every time I watch this video, it lights up my heart. Children are such a beautiful gift to this world. They give us reason to pause and look at life through their lens. No filters. Just being their true authentic self and boy do they shine!

Be child like today! Try something new. Who cares if someone is watching. Be you and flourish!

What an amazing experience! I got brought on as a Vibrational Sound Therapist for the Heal Your S**t Retreat. It's hard to articulate how much this experience has had an impact on me.
