Central Valley Behavioral Health Services Inc.

Our mission for this company began from our professional and personal first-hand experiences living, witnessing, and treating the negative impacts of substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. CVBH was founded in Modesto, CA, in 2022 to provide innovative, evidence-based substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment programs to combat the often-tragic results individuals and their families experience from substance use and untreated co-occurring mental health conditions.

CVBH is a private pay program and accepts most insurances.
We provide three levels of care.

• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): five days a week, Monday through Friday, 6 hours a day, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): three days a week, Monday through Friday, 3 hours a day between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

• Outpatient Program (OP): 1 day a week, Monday through Friday, 3 hours a day between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Our Ascend Program is a unique Relapse Prevention track explicitly designed for CVBH by Mr. Roland Williams, President of The Center for Applied Sciences Inc. (CENAPS), explicitly for individuals struggling to achieve ongoing sobriety after completing a treatment episode.

If you need help for yourself or a loved one, we welcome you to call us at (209) 310-4673 or call me directly,
Richard Ayala, CEO/President, at (209) 618-4525 ext-102.
There are no lost cases, and we are here to help.

It has been long confirmed and re-confirmed throughout recent history that the challenges faced by socioeconomically challenged communities represent a higher incidence of MDD than their counterparts. Although the contributing factors appear hardwired in our current social fabric, the question has always been, as individuals, how can we affect progressive change in such a massive endeavor? Please provide your insight...

A lower socioeconomic position (SEP) was associated with higher levels of depression among Black women, according to study results recently published in Women’s Health Issues.
