La Font du Ciel-Lights
Our office has been gifted with beautiful light sculptures, also known as luminous sculptures, from Southern France, created in the Ardèche Mountains, by Helmut Frerick. His work honors the quiet intelligence of nature and the way light interacts with living forms. Each light is entirely unique, crafted from natural plant materials including flax, h**p, and mulberry. These luminous sculptures feel less like functional lighting décor and more like companions within the space. Their soft, grounded light goes straight to the heart, offering warmth, stillness, and a sense of presence for our well-being.

We are deeply grateful to Sonja Knutsen, for gifting our office these stunning La Font du Ciel-Lights. They now live here as part of the environment itself, quietly supporting the calm, reflection, and intentional atmosphere we cultivate.

There are some great ways to reduce stress, induced by gift shopping, family gatherings and busy days during the holiday season. Key is to take care of yourself, so you can withstand stressful times and enjoy the commotion to the fullest.

Here's what you can do regularly to help yourself cope:
- Meditate
- Send and receive Reiki
- Make sure you get enough sleep
- Be mindful of your lifestyle choices, e.g. nutrition, exercise
- Practice gratitude

Today’s halo around the sun stopped me in my tracks. It reminded me of what the Kid Reiki Divine Heart energy teaches so well, the instinct to pause, look up, and let wonder register in the body. I’m grateful for this work and the way it brings people back to curiosity, presence, and that open-hearted sense of noticing what’s right above us. Happy Gratitude Day!
