Meet one of our clients, Nadine! 💙

“I have been coming to ARC for about 3 years. I decided to try the chamber and the localized therapy after my Pickleball friends suggested it because of my knee pain and my fibromyalgia pain.
My favorite thing to do is the chamber for my overall body aches. I also love the localized treatment and the hydrogens. Occasionally I do the compression sleeves for my varicose veins. I feel it really helps my legs with my leg cramps. I have multiple favorite tunes that I listen to. Among my favorites are “I Like It”, PitBull, “I Like It”, Commander, oldies “Let’s Dance”, Chris Montez and “The Twist”, Chubby Checker.
For anyone considering cryo therapy I say try it, what have you got to lose. Your body will thank you for it. Best of all there are no drug side effects!
I’m a firm believer in the various therapies at ARC. My grandson in Utah had chronic hip and hamstring problems and the therapist and chiropractor could not get rid of his pain. He’s a high school/ club soccer player and he was continually sidelined for the pain. We flew him out here for a month of therapy at ARC and he returned home pain free.
My other athletic grandkids have also benefited from therapy for their sprained ankles, wrist sprain/ bone bruise and knee strain.
I say- try it, you’ll like it. “

On Saturday, we got to take part in honoring those we have lost and spread awareness about the fentanyl crisis. How powerful it is to see so many come together, encourage one another and take a stand together. 💜
