Position Details
Pay: $17–$19 per hour.
Service Areas: Merced, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties.
Setting: In home, In school and In Daycare. * The majority of our clients receive in-home services; however, we also provide some in-school and in-daycare services.

By completing this course in the first 90 days you will receive:
$2/hr promotion upon becoming certified as a Registered Behavior Technician.
$250 bonus for completing certification within a 90-day timeframe.
Ongoing mentorship, supervision, and support throughout your journey!
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, primarily in their homes.
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Support positive behavior change using evidence-based strategies.
Work closely with families and caregivers to support the family unit.
Collaborate with supervisors and clinical teams.
Gain real-world experience that prepares you for advanced roles.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum and their families.
Patient, reliable, and eager to learn.
No experience required, just a strong willingness to grow!
Commitment to obtaining your RBT certification within 90 days.
Must have a valid driver's license and an operational vehicle.
Must be able to provide proof of Education, Auto Insurance and Immunization Records.
Must complete TB Test, LiveScan (FBI/DOJ), and CPR Certification.
