Progress Note
Good morning everyone
I would always be transparent and I always appreciate everyone and their support. It was a total rebuilt of the company Steve and I had built this company since 2011-2022 spending wisely and being financially responsible to build the bank of $859,000.00 it took us 11 years to get to that point and after the passing of Steve it took Chris less then a week to break it down to $0.81 this was done as everyone knows by Chris through Embezzlement, Fraud, Property Theft.
As everyone knows that everything was completely stolen except for 1 contract and equipment/supplies that Chris left behind as garbage. I had to rebuild my company off 1 contract and thrown away equipment and supplies. I had to be extremely humbled to everyone that we do business with to understand the predicament that I was going through that is beyond my control.
I went to our bank I was destitute knowing that it was hopeless to even consider rebuilding the company because it was hopeless. During this process trying my hardest to also get my dog Daryl back not knowing who had him at this time until finally Chris telling me who had him. And the difficult time getting Daryl back including driving to Missouri because the individual who had him refused to give him back.
One day I went to the bank and at the Bank was Amy Bradley a dear friend of Steve and mine I told her everything and I will never forgot what she said her words were “you have a decision to make you fight for what you and Steve built together in honoring him or you close and walk away” she even told me that Chris won’t be successful later on down the line because of what he did. For me to just hang in there so I fought having no idea the amount of time and energy that I put into all this while I don’t wish any of this on anyone.
Including the government and government taxes. I wish that this had never happened if Chris wanted to start his business I would have helped guide him but he was apparently selfish and greedy. He didn’t care who he hurts along the way.
I had to gather all evidence that I had to show the Police and its detectives and they said they don’t see anything illegal that happened. I then had to show the court this happened because no Lawyer wanted to pick up my cases they all said it was too complex. So I was forced to represent my company going back and forth to the court house filing all documents in all 8 of my cases and going to the law library to get a judgment that according to Chris can’t pay back.
On top of all that happened I found a document history of Chris moving my signature from another documents that was not authorized to be on his computer he used on a dissolution letter of my corporation signed by Chris and also has Steve’s Sisters signature as a witness. But mine was forged by Chris and what it seems that Steve’s sister signed as a witness.
But I had to fight or he walks with $859,000.00. This entire experience I could have lived without I’d rather live my boring life conducting business like I had done since 2011. Rebuilding a company off $0.81 and no lending company wanted to lend us money and I can’t blame them because of what had happened is extremely difficult literally impossible to rebuild a company off less then a dollar.
I don’t think I’ll be nominated for any Globee Awards I should but it would probably never happen I had some people also wanted to make a movie out of my experience that to probably won’t happen.
Instead it took us three years to rebuild during those three years I wanted to quit everything but I knew if I did evil would have won and I would have dishonored Steves memory and I would have had to live with that decision.
I’m definitely looking forward to 2026 to resume normal business and I am truly grateful for everyone and their support with me and the company.
