There are many chakras in the human body but we focus on the main seven. When keeping these seven chakras in alignment, it provides balance.
When one chakra is unbalanced, it creates a ripple effect, causing blockages, stagnation, or overactivity in other areas of your energy system. To learn more slide though!
🔴 Root Chakra:
Color: Red
Location: Base of the spine
Function: Stability, identity, self, trust, grounding
🟠 Sacral Chakra:
Color: Orange
Location: Above the p***c bone, below the belly button
Function: Creativity, sexual pleasure, emotional balance, and personal flow.
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra:
Color: Yellow
Location: Stomach/upper abdomen Function: Function: Confidence, personality, and self esteem.
🟢 Heart Chakra:
Color: Green
Location: The center of the chest
Function: Compassion, empathy, love, forgiveness
🔵 Throat Chakra:
Color: Blue
Location: The throat
Function: Communication, expression
🟣 Third Eye Chakra:
Color: Indiqo, deep purple
Location: One in the center of the forehead, just above the eyes
Function: Imagination, intuition, psychic awareness
⚪️ Crown Chakra:
Color: Violet or white
Location: Top of the head
Function: Enlightenment, awareness, spirituality
