Offseason Football Training with Coach X

Coach Xavier is a former Division 1 Running back and current speed/strength coach at Ellison Performance.

Xavier has a passion for helping young athletes reach their potential on the football field.

He has created a specific program that will blend all of his football and performance training into a guaranteed improvement in your athletes game.

This program begins on 11/10 and will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm

All ages are welcome for the 1 hour training session.
He will work on areas like change of direction, acceleration, power, balance, strength, and agility.
