If you’re trying to lose weight, don’t sleep on protein 💪

Protein helps keep you full longer, so you’re not constantly snacking or craving everything in sight. It also helps your body hold onto muscle while you’re losing weight—which is HUGE because more muscle = better metabolism 🔥

Basically… protein helps you lose fat, not strength.
I’ve had some ask what I eat & this is my main breakfast & I’m obsessed with this protein 😍 it’s so good with frozen strawberries 🍓make sure you find what works for you doesn’t have to be complicated.

Good morning babes 💜I’m gonna do core & more glutes today since I felt so off yesterday 🙃I didn’t post a gym workout because I did bench, chest, triceps & shoulders but if that’s something you all would be interested in I can post that routine also! I know most want to focus on abs & glutes but if there’s anything else just comment! Make sure you’re getting cardio in at the END of your workouts too. Don’t only be doing cardio because that will make you fluffy 🙃 you have to tone as you lose. Also if your cardio isn’t getting your heart rate up it’s not really helping 💜💜💜
