We’ve been told for years that "protein is protein." But if you’re trying to stay lean, build muscle, and actually feel energized, the source matters more than the grams.

Let’s look at the "23g Protein Battle" and see why the ribeye wins every single time. 🥊

1. The Calorie Trap 📉
To get 23g of protein from Steak, you’re looking at roughly 180–200 calories. It’s pure, metabolic fuel.

To get 22g of protein from Peanut Butter, you have to consume nearly 900 calories and a massive hit of fats. You’d have to eat almost half a jar! If fitness is the goal, that math just doesn't add up.

2. Bioavailability: What Your Body Actually Uses
