This is such a great visual about posture. It doesn't matter if you're stuck at a desk, driving, playing on your phone, OR video games.

First, not only does your spine round, your core muscles become weak and UNDER activated. This can lead to a plethora of other problems, including back pain, herniated disc's, and more.

Forward head carriage leads to headaches, nerve issues, and spinal problems

Hunched shoulder cause internal rotation in the front, so think super tight pecs, ant. deltoid, and biceps

Not sitting properly on your d**a can shift the entire angle of your hips, creating a hyperlordosis, or anterior pelvic tilt.

So fix your posture, you busted croissant!

If you look at the top picture and think " thats where my headaches are!" Then you probably have a trigger point in your upper trap!
Some headaches are caused by referral pain from trigger points in certain muscles and refer or send that pain all over the body on certain paths.
Its like your body is literally telling you where it hurts! 🤯

5 years later and we haven't killed each other (and I haven't set fire to anything by accident!!). We survived covid, fights, and everything thats been tossed at us. We've gained clients, lost clients, have seen the good bad and ugly of business ownership and partnership. Nobody I'd rather go through this with, than these gals.
