If you look at the top picture and think " thats where my headaches are!" Then you probably have a trigger point in your upper trap!
Some headaches are caused by referral pain from trigger points in certain muscles and refer or send that pain all over the body on certain paths.
Its like your body is literally telling you where it hurts! 🤯

5 years later and we haven't killed each other (and I haven't set fire to anything by accident!!). We survived covid, fights, and everything thats been tossed at us. We've gained clients, lost clients, have seen the good bad and ugly of business ownership and partnership. Nobody I'd rather go through this with, than these gals. Im so proud of how we have grown 💚 Here's to another year of insanity!

WELCOME TO YOUR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM!!!!

Welcome to the world of fascia! Your body has TONS of it. Thin whispy layers, and thick heavy dense sheets.

What does it do? So much! Mainly it helps muscle groups work together and separately all at once. It supports and protects, and contains nerves and transmitters to help the body detect and respond to stimuli.

Fascia contains a network of channels that allows fluid to flow through it. This helps to nourish and lubricate the tissues it surrounds.

One of the MANY reasons staying hydrated is so important!
