My Story

After being in the healthcare field 35+ yrs., competing as a national level bodybuilder & personal trainer, I decided to take that knowledge and combine it with my new knowledge of using natural alternative options to help balance the body, mind & sole (the whole person). As a certified reflexologist (foot, hand, ear & face) & Lymphatic drainage (RLD) approved practitioner, aromatherapist (human & animal) and certified ear seeds practitioner my goal is to help as many humans & animals as possible, achieve a pain managed, balanced, calm lifestyle using all-natural remedies.

When we are open to knowing more about the cause of our physical limitations, we can then support it more precisely. Did you know our GUT is responsible for releasing 70-90% of our serotonin (the feel good hormone)? Your emotions control the majority of our physical reactions or issues along with disturbing the bodies energy, which inhibits the natural healing process & can cause other systems to be out of balance or energy pathways to be blocked.
