Insurance roadblocks are choking patient access, disrupting practices, and treating chiropractors unfairly, while other professions providing similar services are paid and treated differently.

It’s time we document it. All of it.

The Chiropractic Future Reimbursement Workgroup has launched a national initiative to collect real-world, specific data about the reimbursement challenges DCs face every day. This isn’t a complaint form. It's the launchpad for reform.

Every issue matters. Each case submitted builds our ability to prove systemic abuse, quantify harm, and create change.
