If you have Providence insurance, please take a moment to review your plan details before your next visit.

Some patients have recently been switched to Providence Health Plan powered by Collective Health.

👉 Why this matters:
• Many patients who switched now have a NEW Providence ID number
• We must have the updated ID number to verify coverage and benefits
• Using an old ID may cause delays or denied claims

👉 What to do next:
• Check your insurance card or member portal
• Look for “Providence Health Plan powered by Collective Health”
• If you see this change, please share your updated ID number with our front desk as soon as possible

Regence has made a major policy change with NO notice to patients.
Effective November 1, 2025, they are now denying coverage for essential physiotherapy services provided by chiropractors in Oregon — services that are a normal part of your treatment here.

This includes:

✅ Therapeutic Activities & Procedures

These treatments are within Oregon’s chiropractic scope and are critical for real results — pain relief, mobility, and long-term healing.

This policy violates federal law under the Affordable Care Act (Section 2706), which prohibits insurers from discriminating against licensed providers acting within their legal scope.
