When something clicks for a 3 year old it is the most exciting thing! She came up to me so excited to share when she found a goat in a totally different activity in the classroom that she remembered she learned the sign. Teaching kiddos the sign of a letter, the letter sound, and a simple sign to match is such a powerful combo! It gives little learners multiple ways to connect with new letters. Seeing it, hearing it, and using their hands help make it come alive. This multi-sensory approach strengthens memory, builds early literacy skills, and boosts confidence as they learn. Plus, adding a sign makes it fun, engaging, and gives every kiddo another way to express themselves.

While many spend their Sunday slowing down, I choose to spend mine in a whirl of giggles, crafts, and kiddo joy! It’s like a little Thanksgiving harvest of happiness. 🍁

Today during open choice time I had a kiddo choose to keep practicing her name! She found what material to use and grabbed her name off the wall. I caught the aftermath and it warmed my heart!! Moments like this is why I do what I do!

🦃 Thanksgiving Enrichment Fun! 🍂

Gobble, giggle, and create with me! The Thanksgiving themed enrichment class is all about crafting, storytelling, and celebrating the cozy magic of the season.

🍁 When: Sunday, November 16th
🕒 Time: 3:00–4:00 PM
👧 Ages: 3–7 (with adult participation)
💵 Cost: $20

We’ll read a festive tale, make something adorable to take home, and sprinkle in a little gratitude and giggles along the way.

As a small business owner and educator, it’s always in the back of my mind…am I doing the right thing? Am I doing enough? Am I meeting needs? How can I reach more kids? It’s a loop that seems to hit repeat, especially at the start of each month when I change activities up for the month.

Then out of nowhere, a confirmation shows up, a message from a parent sharing how their kiddo is growing and thriving. This week, a mom wrote me the sweetest review that literally brought me to tears in the middle of the store.

Moments like this remind me that I’m on the right path. 💛
