��Botox-Forehead - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe lines in the forehead in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The cost is $12 per unit and the number of units required is individualized based on my assessment. The usual number of units for this area is 16.
��Botox-Around the eyes (Smiley Eyes) - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe crow's feet in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The usual number of units for this area is 12.
��Botox-Glabella (Between Eyes) - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The cost is $12 per unit and the number of units required is individualized based on my assessment.
��Botox-Lip Lines - A prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe lines around the lips in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time. The usual number of units for lip lines is 2 to 4.
�Skin Tag/Mole/Wart Removal - For true skin tags with a small/narrow base-I will remove. Consultation first will be needed with anything else. Cost is based on the number of skin tags.
