We are growing to serve the community needs, please visit our website at www.tpqc.org The Project of the Quad Cities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community based organization that was established in 1986 to provide services to those at risk of contracting, affected by or living with STI/HIV/AIDS. It is with this mission in mind and our community's best interest at heart, that we provide education, prevention services, and assistance to our clients. We will continue to work diligently to provide education and intervention services to our community, as the rates in TPQC's service area indicate that HIV is not just a "big city" problem.

The rainbow, often seen as a symbol of hope, has grown into a global representation of pride.
In the context of HIV, the rainbow means so much more; it embodies the perseverance, advocacy, and love are the core of the communities we are privileged to care for.

When HIV emerged in the 1980s, good human beings stepped up where systems failed. Our organization was part of that response by providing desperately needed care and support rooted in our steadfast belief that all people deserve access to dignity-affirming care.

Celebrate 40 years of care, courage, and heart with us at tpqc.org/40th-anniversary

Today TPQC team members Josefina, Sarah, and Vince joined HIV advocates from across the state to fight for essential legislation promoting equity and justice in Illinois.

Dozens of local advocates are working in tandem with AIDS Foundation Chicago to advance health care access, affordable housing, and other issues impacting the health and well-being of people living with or vulnerable to HIV. Now more than ever, we need our collective voices to rise and be heard by our elected officials!

Pictured here is our team meeting with IL Rep. Gregg Johnson

New group opportunity!

The Project of The Quad Cities is welcoming Zachary Nielsen from Bloom Wellness Group, who will be hosting an 8 session exploration of the 4-D Wheel of Experience starting Thursday April 2nd at 6:00pm.

This group uses the Four-Dimensional Wheel of Experience to help participants understand and integrate the body, mind, heart, and spirit dimensions of their lives and relationships. The Wheel provides a visual, inclusive, and holistically grounded framework to enhance self-awareness, relational connection, pleasure, meaning, and embodied presence — beyond purely cognitive or symptom-focused work.

While we recommend attending all 8 sessions, each session is open to the public so drop by for whichever ones you can!
