Say hello to Sophie, one of our staff therapists and Licensed Social Workers at Southpark Psychology. She works with clients 16+ and has a passion for supporting young adults.
Sophie works with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, depression, trauma, and substance use, and she’s also a great fit for anyone exploring faith or spirituality, life transitions, caregiver stress, or just feeling overwhelmed.
Her approach is holistic and flexible, blending ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, somatic and trauma‑informed practices, and faith‑based Christian principles. Sophie meets you where you are and tailors therapy to your values, strengths, and goals. Sophie is now accepting new patients!

• Light exposure in the morning can support your natural rhythm.
• Fatigue or irritability are normal—your system is recalibrating.
