Cycles and Seasons: A Women's Mini Retreat is a full day of healing, connection, and growth led entirely by local women facilitators right here in the Quad Cities.

Join us on Sunday, June 28th from 10am to 4:30pm at Motherhood Matters for a day designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the women around you through every season of life.

The day includes:

That’s exactly who we had in mind when creating the Group EMDR: Wellness & Trauma Healing Group. In this group, you don’t have to go into detail about what happened. You work quietly on your own, using a structured EMDR process, while a Certified EMDR Therapist and assistant guide the group step‑by‑step.

So many teen girls are trying to be “okay” for everyone else—at school, at home, online—while quietly doubting themselves on the inside. It can feel really lonely to carry that by yourself.

Becoming Her is a space where teen girls can show up as they are, not who they think they’re supposed to be. Through art, reflection, and honest conversations, we make room for big feelings, explore self-esteem and friendships, and practice kinder ways of talking to ourselves.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about having a place to grow, one step at a time, alongside others who get it.

“What to Expect” - What does a Reiki Mentee session at Pulse look like?

-30–60 minute session with a supervised Reiki mentee
-Fully clothed, on a massage table or in a chair
-Gentle, light touch or hands just above the body
-You can ask for adjustments or stop at any time
-Offered as Pay‑What‑You‑Can

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that can support stress, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation alongside therapy and medical care.
