Will your child need a physical for Kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade, Sports, College, Camp, Preschool or their Annual Well Child Check? Remember that school physicals are required for all students entering Kindergarten, 6th and 9th grades. Sports physicals are needed annually for students participating in school-sponsored sports beginning in 7th grade. Your middle and high school student may also need to update their vaccines.

You no longer have to wait around until office hours to book an appointment. Our convenient online booking options allow you to:
