Pediatric Group Associates specializes in the comprehensive medical care of children from birth to college. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff are committed to providing a caring, attentive, and open relationship with you and your children to keep them well and help them grow up healthy and happy. Our goal is to help each child reach their highest potential. We want to be lifelong partners in your child’s health. As such we take time to talk with parents about their child’s needs and equip them with the knowledge necessary for promoting a lifetime of optimal health and wellness. We consider it a great joy, privilege, and responsibility to care for children. Back to Normal Business Hours on Monday, December 1st

Our sick clinic is currently available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10:45 am for established children 2 months of age and older with acute symptoms/illness and will be seen by our first available provider.
See scheduling options below:
1. Self-scheduling in the Sick Clinic from 8 am to 10:45 am link to reserve your own appointment time, please pay close attention to the dates as times fill up quickly: https://phreesia.me/WalkedIn

3. Call our office 309-797-5437 option 1 for nurse triage and leave a message they will call you back. Avoid calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages as this delays our response times.

Limited office hours today!

Our Sick Clinic is available today, Friday November 28th, from 8 am to 10:45 am based upon availability for established patients 2 months of age and older for acute illnesses. If your child is younger than 2 months of age please dial 309-797-5437 x 1 to speak with a nurse.

Options for scheduling:
1. Self-scheduling link to reserve your own appointment time, please pay close attention to the dates as times fill up quickly: https://phreesia.me/WalkedIn
2. Request an appointment link (monitored today from 8 am to 10:45 am) to use if you are unable to find a time or if your request is for chronic problems such as concussions, recurrent headaches, behavioral problems, etc: https://phreesia.me/PGARQ

PGA Business Hours for this week!

We will be open normal business hours on Monday and Tuesday, November 24th and November 25th from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, including our Sick Clinic from 8 am to 1045 am. (Our phones are on 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, will vary at holiday closures).

Our Sick Clinic will be available for established sick children 2 months of age and older for acute illnesses from 8 am to 1045 am on Wednesday, November 26th and Friday, November 28th.

We will not be able to refill any medication requests from November 26th thru November 30th, please plan accordingly!!!

Our office will be closed Thursday, November 27th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

We have a provider on-call 24 hours every day.

Did you remember to check on any medication refills?
The holiday is quickly approaching, please check on medications and if your child may need a refill. We will not be able to refill any medications November 26th through November 30th. Please call our office 72 hours in advance for all medication requests, we recommend 7 days to avoid unforeseen delays. Call us at 309-797-5437 and follow the prompts for medication refill requests. Please provide the name of the medication, dosage, provider and pharmacy!
Our phones are on 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and will vary at holiday times!

Our Sick Clinic is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 10:45 am for established sick patients over the age of 2 months with acute symptoms.
You no longer have to wait around until office hours to book an appointment. You can use one of our self-scheduling links to reserve your time now!

Appointment requests are monitored Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST during normal business hours, requests will not be monitored on Saturday or Sunday, and may vary during holiday or office closures.

Save Time – Schedule Online at Your Convenience!
Visit our website at https://pediatricgroupqc.com and choose the option that best fits your needs:

Request an Appointment – Submit the form, and we’ll call you back during normal business hours.
Self-Schedule Sick Clinic Appointment – Reserve a time during our morning sick office hours for your child to be seen by the first available provider.
Self-Schedule Well Child Visit – Pick the time that works best for your child’s annual well visit. Please ensure it’s been a full year since the last visit and that your insurance will cover it.
Same-Day Sick Appointments – For acute illnesses, check available providers and times. These change frequently throughout the day based on availability.

If these options don’t work for you, call us—we’re happy to help schedule appointments during normal business hours.
Important:

For ER follow-ups, concussion follow-ups, ADHD, mental health, or other specialized appointments, please call our office directly.
Avoid calling multiple times or leaving messages at different extensions, as this can delay our ability to serve families promptly.
