🌞⏰ Daylight Saving Time Reminder from Your Pediatric Team!
It’s almost time to spring forward!
This Sunday, March 8th, clocks move one hour ahead for Daylight Saving Time.
We know the time change can be tough on little ones (and their grown‑ups!). Here are a few simple tips to help make the transition easier:
💤 Shift bedtime gradually
Move bedtime earlier by 10–15 minutes for a few nights leading up to the change.
🌙 Keep bedtime routines consistent
Familiar routines—bath, stories, quiet time—help little bodies adjust more smoothly.
☀️ Get morning sunlight
A few minutes of natural light in the morning can help reset your child's internal clock.
🛏️ Protect naps
Well‑rested kids adjust faster. Stick to nap schedules when possible.
