Appointment requests are monitored Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST during normal business hours, requests will not be monitored on Saturday or Sunday, and may vary during holiday or office closures.

If you do not want to use the sick clinic you may use the request an appointment link: https://phreesia.me/PGARQ and our staff will call you back which is monitored Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm during business operation hours which may vary due to holidays. Or, you can call the office during business hours and follow the prompts to leave a message and our staff will return your call. The sick clinic is for acute problems like sore throat, cough, congestion, fever, etc. we do not see chronic illnesses during this time. A friendly reminder, our first available provider will see your child.

*Medication Refill Reminder*
Have you checked whether you need any medication refills?
Please note that we do not process medication refills on weekends. We require a minimum of 48 business hours for all refill requests; however, we strongly recommend requesting refills at least 7 days in advance to avoid any unforeseen delays.
To request a refill, please call 309‑797‑5437 and follow the prompts for medication refills. Be sure to have the following information ready:

Medication name
Dosage
Prescribing provider
Pharmacy name

Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Our phones are off from 1-2 pm Monday through Friday. However, you can still book a same day sick appointment if your child/children are in need. Follow the link below and check out available times with one of our providers who are in the office that day. Reminder, these available appointment times changes throughout the day and are based on availability. Our phones turn back on at 2 pm and we will be happy to help you and can be reached at 309-797-5437.
