We are a somatic studio that offers yoga as a path back to your body, but not the ONLY path back to your body, and this matters... particularly to the people who would like a path to their bodies without being made to move.

A little ritual planting to celebrate spring? Don't mind if we do!

We gathered this morning for a somatic session at sunrise, snacked on donuts and coffee, and got our hands dirty as we planted the first seeds for our community garden.

Along with those seeds, we planted our intentions deep into the soil and will have the gift of watching them grow all summer long as they nourish us in every way we can imagine.

This is who we are at Sanctuary - a somatic studio that offers one invitation after another to be in right relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with the earth under our feet.

You know we're all about being embodied at Sanctuary, but what you might not know is that movement isn't the only way to get there. There are many paths and we want to open as many as we can for you to walk.

So we created Sundays at Sanctuary - a day dedicated to different ways of being in our bodies - and on many of those Sundays, we have the gift of hosting a Soul Collage session with our .

What is Soul Collage?

It's a little like your grade school self meeting your wise intuition and together, they make something meaningful. Think cutting and pasting and creating the exact visual reminder you need to be connected to the most creative, clear, compassionate part of yourself. It's an art project that doesn't hang on your fridge (unless you want it to) but that moves along with you during your days, offering you wisdom when you need it most.

It is about living from the inside out and finding a path to get there.
