Meet Lena Hann!
Lena Hann is a registered yoga teacher with an additional 100 hours of training in breathwork and meditation. Lena uses easy-to-understand language and gentle techniques to help students of all levels build knowledge and confidence that they can practice both on and off the mat.
Lena will be leading a Breathwork & Meditation session every Sunday at 5:30 PM beginning on March 8th.
Each 30-minute Breathwork & Meditation session explores different breath techniques to prepare the body for meditation, followed by guided meditation and a relaxing sound bath. The benefits of breathwork and meditation are endless and include unlocking creativity, increasing focus, and finding mind-body balance.
