We're collecting winter essentials, non-perishable food, hygiene kits, and financial donations to create care packages that meet real needs. But beyond physical provision, we're showing these precious souls that they're seen, valued, and loved by God. When you lift your hands in yadah, you're declaring God's worthiness regardless of your circumstances. You're surrendering control and acknowledging His sovereignty over every area of your life. This form of praise transforms your perspective, renews your spirit, and positions you to receive from the Father. Don't underestimate the power of physically demonstrating your trust in Him. I used to LOVE Halloween. Costumes, candy, parties—all of it. But I didn't see how I was conforming to darkness.

Mass on Saturdays, then costume parties at night. A little truth mixed with a lot of lies. I became so well adjusted to my culture that I fit into it without thinking. Romans 12:2.

Halloween originated from Samhain—a pagan festival where ancient Celts believed the barrier between worlds broke down. Cattle were sacrificed. Costumes honored the dead.

Exodus 20:3: "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." When we participate in traditions rooted in pagan worship, aren't we breaking God's first commandment?

God's people perish from lack of knowledge. But through knowledge, the just shall be delivered.

I'm not here to condemn—I celebrated it too. But I pray this opens your eyes. Choose light.
