As many of you know, the holidays are always rough. But if I am going to be brutality honest with myself and you, November to March is rough.
I know that I forget to text back, or write an appointment down, or don't seem as chipper as previously, or whatever you may think of me. I apologize for all these words that fly around my head during this time.
Having you as a client has truly helped me through some rough patches and have calmed my mind. I cannot thank you enough for your patience with me when I am not the best business owner. I have learned so much from this tragedy in my life that I find it has made me a better therapist. I can understand how just a simple massage can change more than sore muscles. It changes the mind. Sometimes the simple act of human touch can be the difference between giving up and seeing the light to hold onto too.

We are in this life together, let's help each other banish these words out of our heads! This year will be our year to be the change in our lives!
