Let’s talk lip filler longevity! ⏰ Usually, I tell my patients to expect about 12 months of wear. But if there’s one thing I know as a CRNA injector, it’s that every body is unique.
I’m actually a bit of a filler outlier. It’s been TWO YEARS since I had half a syringe to fluff my top lip, and its still not to baseline. Swipe ⬅️ to see how they looked in the months right after the injection!
Why don’t I top them off routinely?
1️⃣ I want to preserve my natural anatomy.
2️⃣ Frequent over-filling leads to that "ducky" migrated look. 🦆
3️⃣ I want to look like me, just enhanced.
It’s easy to forget what our natural lips looked like, which is why I’m obsessed with looking at your progress photos during appointments. Even I forget my own baseline! 😅
