5 Tips to Detect Breast Cancer Early in Yourself:
1️⃣Know your normal – Get familiar with how your breasts look and feel so you can spot changes.
2️⃣Do monthly self-exams – Use the pads of your fingers to check for lumps, thickening, or changes in shape.
3️⃣Watch for skin changes – Dimpling, redness, or rash on the breast or ni**le could be warning signs.
4️⃣Pay attention to ni**le changes – Inversion, discharge (not breast milk), or persistent pain should be checked.
5️⃣Schedule regular screenings – Mammograms starting at age 40 (or earlier if you have a family history) can catch cancer before symptoms appear.
🎀Remember, taking charge of your health is beautiful! 🌸
