You take your car in for maintenance. You get the oil changed. Does that mean your car should be good and never need another oil change ?
Do you brush your teeth once and say your dental health is done?
Do you wash your car and then later have to get it washed again?

It amazes me the ideas people have about spinal health. Realistically, we all use our bodies every day. Maintenance through diet, excercise, sleep and yes ...seeing your health professionals is important.
