Oak Pointe of Monett is a senior living community that was intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of older adults. With both assisted living and memory care services, residents have their choice of purposefully designed studios or one- or two-bedroom private apartments, each of which include a full bathroom, kitchenette, emergency call response, fire safety system, and individualized heating and cooling. The building also features a beautiful dining room, ground level courtyard, full-service salon, computer room, fitness center, on-site rehabilitation center, and much more.

After lunch, Dave and Doyle challenged each other to a friendly bowling match — and oh my goodness, did they have a BLAST! 🎉👏 Their laughter filled the room, and the friendly competition kept everyone smiling from start to finish. Nothing beats good company, a little rivalry, and a whole lot of fun! 💛🤝

Yesterday’s Breakfast & Browse Tour at Oak Pointe was absolutely delicious AND delightful! 😋💛 Our friends enjoyed hearty biscuits & gravy, waffles cooked to perfection, Greek yogurt, and all the tasty breakfast favorites. 🧇🍳🥣

On Friday, we got together and made puppy chow for our pack — and we had the best time whipping up a sweet snack and sharing laughs along the way! 🐾🤎🍫
Caregivers are the heart of what we do…the people who show up every single day with love, patience, and dedication. ❤️👟✨ It was so special to celebrate our amazing team with a fun treat and a whole lot of appreciation.

✨🎲 Passing Down the Fun! 🎲✨

Carolyn and Mary spent the afternoon teaching everyone including the next generation how to play Wahoo — a game a lot like Sorry, but with its own special twist! 😄💫

Watching them share laughter, strategy, and stories while the kiddos learned the ropes was absolutely heart–warming. 💕 Everyone had such a good time, and it’s moments like these that make Oak Pointe feel like family. 🏡💛

🎭🎉 Mardi Gras Bingo Bash Fun! 🎉🎭

Yesterday we had the absolute BEST time celebrating Mardi Gras with our friends! 💜💛💚 From colorful masks to fluffy boas to beads everywhere… we laughed, cheered, and soaked up every moment! 🤩✨

We were also blessed to have Pastor Bryan come in and provide communion. It added such a heartfelt and meaningful touch to our festive day, reminding us of the joy and comfort community brings. 🙏💜

And of course… nothing beats our two favorite things: a reason to party 🎉 and BINGO! 🟩🟨🟪
The energy was high, the smiles were big, and the good times just kept rolling! 🎭💃🕺

🌹💖 Our Valentine’s Day Brunch Was One to Remember! 💖🌹

First of all, a HUGE thank-you to ALL the wonderful family members who made our morning so special by gifting roses, chocolates, and cookies to our residents! 💐🍫🍪 Your kindness truly filled the day with love.

We also want to give a big shoutout to Jack Henry and the National Junior Honor Society of Monett for thinking of us and surprising our residents with personalized Valentine’s Day cards, snacks, and beautiful wreaths! 💌💝✨

We enjoyed an amazing brunch surrounded by all of our sweet Valentines, and the joy in the room made the celebration unforgettable. 🥞❤️

We’re gearing up for tomorrow’s Valentine’s Day in the best way possible… with Valentine’s charades! 🎉❤️🤣 Our residents laughed SO hard and had the absolute best time acting out all things love, hearts, and sweet surprises! 💘🎭

The best part? Doing charades right in the living room meant everyone passing by — friends, family, and staff — jumped right in on the fun! 💞👏 It was laughter, love, and community all wrapped into one festive afternoon! 💕
