September is ***depreventionmonth! This month is all about education, support. Su***de is not a dirty word and we need to get to a place where we can talk about it openly without misconceptions or biases against people who are experiencing suicidal ideation. Let us make it a goal this month to learn more about the experience of suicidal ideation & how to prevent it from turning into action. As always, our inbox is always open and we are praying for your wellness!

What will you continue doing to maintain good mental health moving forward? Mental health is health & tending to it is necessary even if you don’t think it is! Happy Monday everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been on here consistently and part of that is the busyness of life and the other part of it is the transformation that my faith is going through right now. I’m working out what the future of Whole Wellness Center will look like in a physical and spiritual way! It’s been a time full of pivots, seeking, but most importantly learning! God is so merciful and no matter how hard I try to control everything He plans things more perfectly than I ever could. I pray that everyone is able to rest in Him and not in themselves or in the world. There’s an ah ha moment that happens when you realize that your path is already laid out & boy does it make things lighter! God bless you all & I can’t wait to talk to everyone soon!

Happy and happy happy November! As y’all know, November is a month that we use to reset our gratitude goals. Each November we reevaluate what has worked and what hasn’t and pivot to incorporate more gratitude in our lives. May this month reach the depths of your soul that feel the most grateful and may the Lord’s name be glorified because of it!

Hello everyone! It’s so good to be back here. This summer has been full of transitions and hardship for my family and I so inevitably I have had to take a bit of a break from providing content. I’m not sure when I will be back consistently, but I am going to do my best to not sit out for the entire month anymore!

ALL THAT BEING SAID! September is Su***de Prevention Month and I wanted to draw attention to how critical su***de prevention is. This is a prayer to those of you who have lost someone to su***de, have considered committing su***de in the past, are currently wanting to commit su***de, and all of the in between. Su***de is not a dirty word and the more we are open about our inclinations, the more we can support eachother through our valleys. Praying for peace over every soul who feels the weight of su***de on their hearts. Please seek help if you are feeling like you want to hurt yourself because I PROMISE you that things WILL get better, you are NOT alone, and there is an army of people who love you whether it feels like it or not. My inbox is always open!
