If you see the activity and a lot of lights flashing please know this is our community raising awareness with the assistance of the Polk County Fire Department. We want our staff and residents to be ready in the event a total evacuation would need to happen.

TRAINING NOTICE

Tonight, August 13, 2025, at about 6:30 PM, Polk Fire crews will conduct a training drill at Heron Pointe Senior Living, 504 Gwinn Street in Monmouth.

If you’re in the area, you may notice our lights flashing and see training signs posted along Gwen Street. This is only a drill and part of our ongoing commitment to keep our skills sharp so we can serve you better.
