🚧 Road construction update: Access changes starting Monday, March 30.

Work has begun on Harlem Avenue, and the intersection at G Street and Harlem will close starting Monday morning for approximately three weeks.

This closure also means the east entrance to OSF Holy Family off Harlem will permanently close. During construction, all OSF Medical Group patients, deliveries and Mission Partners will need to use Industrial Park Road off Main Street (between Dollar General and Circle K).

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as these important roadway improvements take place. Check out the map below for more details.

OSF Kleine Pediatric Wellness Center enjoyed providing Eatable Alphabet education to kindergarten students at Steele Elementary School. Eatable Alphabet was developed by Chop Chop Family with guidance from the American Academy of Pediatrics and encourages children to explore foods with their senses while also incorporating exercise, letter recognition, and counting. Children learn how easy and fun it can be to cook healthy nutritious foods. We are thankful for our partnership with Steele Elementary and their commitment to the health and wellbeing of their students!
