💚 Spotlight: Kimberly Morse
Meet Kimberly Morse, Director of Nursing Operations for the Nursing Outpatient Departments in OSF HealthCare’s West Central Region.
Kimberly has been part of the OSF family for 14 years, bringing leadership, compassion, and dedication to her teams and the patients they serve.
💬 “I love the variety,” said Kimberly. “Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.”
Before stepping into her current role, Kimberly served as Manager of Surgical Services and Hospital Outpatient Departments at OSF St. Mary Medical Center and OSF Saint Luke Medical Center.
💖 When asked what serving with the greatest care and love means to her, Kimberly shared:
“In my role, it means creating a culture where our teams feel seen, valued, and supported — because it’s through their direct care of those we serve that our Mission is lived out.”
🌴 Fun fact: One of Kimberly’s favorite memories was a family trip to Cabo to celebrate her father’s 70th birthday. “It was such a special time — having everyone in one place, relaxing, laughing, and just being present with each other.”
