Greater Pennsylvania Education Foundation (GPEF) The program offers a unique opportunity to work with expert surgeons who are dedicated to education, research and community outreach.

The Mon Valley Fellowship, established by The Greater Pennsylvania Education Foundation, is designed to enhance skills and knowledge acquired during residency training with advanced surgical education in the areas of Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot & Ankle, Diabetic Limb Salvage and Lower Extremity Trauma management.
