The feedback from our Sacred Rest series has been overwhelmingly positive — these monthly evenings of stillness, energy, and gentle awakening have become a sanctuary for many seeking balance and renewal.

This month, we invite you to join us for “Awakening Joy” — a mindful experience designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and reconnect you with the lightness that comes when body, breath, and spirit move in harmony.

This incredible group gathered for the 3 Roots Rising Art of Intention Retreat — a week dedicated to peeling back the layers of intimacy, connection, and self-discovery.

Each morning began with yoga designed to open us up to the theme of the day — and we carried those intentions into every adventure that followed. Together, we hiked through the outer bands of Hurricane Melissa, rode horses along the coast, and trekked through the jungle to a hidden waterfall. We practiced our fire breath and burned a few things we’d been holding onto for far too long.

Through sharing, openness, and deep gratitude, this group truly rose together.

And to close our journey — we gathered under the stars for a shaman-led cacao ceremony, hearts full and spirits grounded.

Here’s to intention, transformation, and the power of community.

Next week, I’ll be stepping away from Reiki Works to collaborate at the Art of Intention Retreat in Playa Negra, Costa Rica, hosted by 3 Roots Rising

This special gathering at Peace Retreat Wellness Center & Spa is all about balance, growth, and connection—honoring the power of mindset, energy, and intention. I’m honored to be part of this transformative experience, helping others reconnect with their “one wild and precious life.”

I’ll be unavailable for sessions from October 28 – November 1, returning renewed and inspired to share even more healing energy with you all.

Thank you for your understanding and support as I take this time to grow, learn, and serve our community.

Every moment gives us the opportunity to decide what vibration we want to live in — love, peace, compassion, or healing.

I’ve learned that carrying hate or resentment only drains the soul, while sending love and light uplifts everyone — including ourselves.

Today, I choose to love, wish well, and hope for healing.
Because that’s the energy that expands, connects, and transforms.

This season invites us to slow down, soften, and turn inward. As the trees release their leaves, we too are called to release what we no longer need — the stored emotions, memories, and tension that live deep within the body.

Our hips hold our stories. Our hearts alchemize our pain. Together, they remind us that healing happens when we pause, breathe, and let go with gratitude.

Take time this month to move gently, rest deeply, and open your heart to transformation.
