Every Wednesday, members of the Paris Baptist Church volunteer with meal deliveries in your community. This month we are pleased to announce our newest volunteers, Dr. Mac & Pam Wilt.

Mac is a Monroe County native, and comes to us with a background in veterinary medicine, bringing compassion, dedication and a caring spirit to everything he does.
When not working or volunteering, Mac has a passion for bird hunting, his choice of prey is quail.

Pam is originally from Kansas City and has worn many hats throughout her career, but especially enjoyed her time as school bus driver; a role that reflects her love for people and her friendly, dependable nature. In her free time, she enjoys reading and art.

Mac & Pam have been married for 47 years and their loving family consists of two children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. They are active in their church, Paris First Baptist, and various community organizations.

We are grateful they have chosen to share their time and talents with us.

Congratulations to Amy Sullivan, the winner of the Joyce Busch Memory Quilt.

Amy is the sister to Sue Walker and Ada Bischel. She currently lives in Idaho and was so excited when we called her with the good news. The drawing was held on February 17th which was also Amy’s birthday. What a wonderful gift and surprise for her special day.

MISSOURI 2025 PROPERTY TAX & RENT CREDITS

Missouri Residents may quality for a Missouri Property Tax Credit or
Rent Credit refund. Homeowners and renters may be eligible if income and residence requirements are met.

You may qualify if you:

-Have been a resident of Missouri for the entire 2025 calendar year
-Paid rent or property tax on your primary residence
-Meet income guidelines: HOMEOWNERS—up to $30,000 (single) or $34,000 (married, filing combined)
RENTERS—up to $27,000 (single) or $29,200 (married, filing combined)

To be eligible, you must meet one or these requirements:

-You or your spouse must be 65 or older as of December 31, 2025
-You must be 60 or older and receive surviving spouse social security benefits
-Must be 100% disabled
-Muse be 100% service-connected disabled veteran
