I woke up to a light dusting of snow over the trees around my house; pretty substantial grey wings of hair at my temples in the mirror, a warm cup of coffee, presents from my family, and plans with my love for brunch. Samhain heralds one of the strongest points in the year where the veil is the thinnest, bringing not only our ancestors closer, but our past and future lives as well. On All Hallows Eve, at the pinnacle of this energy, I will be drawing cards for a select number of written readings centered around this energy- past lives, those we love who have gone before us and what messages they may offer now, and our future selves calling us to manifest what lives ahead. When I closed my space in the fall to more fully care for an aging family member, it broke my heart💔. It truly did. And with another fall season rolling in, I decided to put many of the items from that space around my home - because magick in the every day belongs to us all, and honestly it brings me joy and good memories of their presence in every space they have lived.

Wishing this spooky season brings us all peace, a “cooling off” feeling from the rush of summer, and lots of cozy time to reflect, refresh, and recharge. Oxoxo 📚
