As the surgical coordinator & scheduler, you are the first face our patients see when they visit Louisiana Mohs & Skin Surgery. This role is vital to our practice’s success as well as to our patient’s experience. This position is a liason between clinical staff and patients, providing efficiency through the check in and check out processes. This position provides answers to many questions that patients have such as insurance coverage, product education, and scheduling assistance.
