This about sums it up...
If I’m honest… Year 4 was the hardest.
Not because we weren’t open.
Not because we didn’t have customers.
But because I questioned everything.
Sales slowed.
Problems stacked up.
I was tired in a way that wasn’t just physical.
I wondered if this was sustainable.
If I should go back to something “safer.”
But here’s what that year taught me:
Hard seasons don’t mean you’re failing.
They mean you’re building endurance.
If I had quit in that year, there wouldn’t be a Year 5.
Growth isn’t glamorous.
It’s consistency when it’s uncomfortable.
5 years in, and I’m grateful I stayed.
