Did you know that managing stress plays a huge role in overall health—especially for those living with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)?

Chronic stress can impact blood pressure, heart health, and ultimately kidney function. That’s why support, routine, and access to care matter more than ever.

At Seacrest Rehab & Nursing Center, in partnership with Concerto Renal Services, we are proud to offer on-site dialysis—helping reduce one of the biggest stressors for patients: transportation to and from appointments.

This month we are excited to celebrate our amazing Business Office Manager, Marlene, who has been a valued part of the Seacrest family for an incredible 12 years!

Marlene plays such an important role in supporting our residents and their families — especially when it comes to navigating the financial Medicaid process. She has a special gift for putting people at ease during what can often feel overwhelming, offering reassurance, clarity, and genuine care every step of the way.

Outside of work, Marlene enjoys gardening and astronomy — whether she’s nurturing something here on earth or admiring the stars above ✨🌱 And when it comes to comfort food, she’s all about Reese’s (we can’t blame her there! 😊).
