Today, our hearts are especially full. We are deeply grateful for our incredible residents who give our days purpose, for the families who trust us with their loved ones, and for a community that continually surrounds us with support and kindness.

At Seacrest Rehab & Nursing Center, we’re proud to support education and awareness around the connection between diabetes and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Throughout November, we’re spotlighting how our partnership helps provide better outcomes and support for patients living with both conditions.

To promote healthier, kidney-friendly choices, here are a few simple snack ideas we’re sharing this month:

✨ Unsalted Popcorn – A flavorful, diabetes- and hemodialysis-friendly snack that’s light and satisfying.
✨ Blueberry Muffins – Start the day with a kidney-friendly treat! Low in phosphorus and sodium, blueberry muffins are a great way to brighten your morning. Perfect for treating our hardworking case managers, too!
✨ Sugar-Free Gum – A small but mighty choice—keeps the mind active and is kidney-friendly when sugar-free.

Together, we’re committed to raising awareness, promoting wellness, and supporting those navigating diabetes and ESRD. 💙
