We’re so excited to welcome Anne to our team!

Anne brings a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach to her work, supporting individuals (15+), couples, and families. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD and C-PTSD, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions (especially perimenopause and menopause), relationship challenges, and self-esteem.

Anne draws from a thoughtful blend of evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, always tailoring her work to meet each client where they are.
We’re grateful to have Anne’s experience, care, and dedication as part of our community.
