Start 2026 by challenging yourself to a new a healthier you in a good ole Full Circle kinda way. Our ANNUAL challenge is HERE and ready for you to conquer!!

Here are a few options to get your “challenge accepted” mode activated!

All participants should email info@fullcirclehotyoga.com to be officially considered as participating.

For the rules - swipe through the post and choose which challenge you’d like to do - the corresponding rules are listed in each challenge slide. Challenge dates can run from either Jan 1-30th or Jan 2-31st.

All participants that complete the challenge successfully by following all of the rules will be entered into a raffle for a grand prize!

Challenge 1 or 2 must be completed. 3 is a bonus challenge with an entry of 1 raffle tickets. This is the honor system, we do not have the ability to track your water or lack of adult beverages intake.

We encourage you to take before and After pictures for yourself! If you want them posted at the end send us a DM.

It will be a beautiful night of celebration and renewal, a time to give yourself the gift of slowing down and caring for yourself. This class is all levels welcome. 1st half: Learn 3 styles of breathing with direct instruction
1. Humming Bee (Bhramari Pranayama) 2. Alternate Nostril 3. Belly Breathing

2nd half: Explore your psyche uninterrupted by practicing the breathing of your choice without instruction

Benefits of breathwork: 
-Decrease stress, increase mindfulness & creativity
-Strengthen cardiovascular system
-Release toxins and stored energy/trauma from the body
-Improve lung function
-Enhance mind-body connection

*Bring a mat, eyeshades, blanket, pillows, bolsters (whatever makes you feel comfortable)
*Music during latter portion will be intentionally loud to allow breathers to release authentically without distracting others
