2025 ADPC client holiday party was amazing thanks to our team and the awesome games at cranes on main!

✨Our first Holiday Lights Tour weekend✨ was a wonderful success. We enjoyed visiting beautifully decorated neighborhoods, sharing Christmas cookies, singing familiar carols, and taking in the peaceful glow of the lights. 🎄

We are grateful for the excellent drivers on our team who provided a smooth, comfortable, and safe experience for everyone who joined us. 🚍

Thank you to all who participated. We look forward to more meaningful outings and opportunities to bring joy to our seniors during this special season and throughout the year.

Our own voices are the ones we hear most often! When helping kids build their confidence, it's important to teach about self-talk and the power that our thoughts have!

This worksheet is part of a set of self-esteem worksheets that helps kids learn what self esteem is, identify how they view themselves, learn to focus on their strengths and develop positive coping skills to use when their self esteem is low.

Each year, millions of Americans are affected by this condition, which brings on significant mood changes in response to the changing of seasons.

Typically SAD occurs during late fall and winter months, when there is less sunlight and colder weather. The symptoms usually lift during the spring and summer months.

SAD is a type of depression, so the symptoms look similar to depression symptoms, and can include:

Sad, anxious, or “empty” feelings
Feelings of hopelessness, guilt, worthlessness, or helplessness
Loss of interest or pleasure in formerly enjoyable activities
Fatigue and decreased energy
Overeating (or conversely, lack of appetite)
Difficulty concentrating, remembering details, or making decisions
Social withdrawal
Thoughts of death or su***de
