Group work can be powerful in ways individual therapy sometimes can’t reach—there’s healing in being witnessed and in witnessing others 💛✨💓

This group is facilitated by Crystal Hamilton, LMHC, and is designed to support growth, insight, and meaningful connection in a safe, inviting environment.
